The agronomic development of the farm is making great progress. Therefore, it is now possible for us to turn our attention to another important project: The construction of a guest house where the researching, working and arriving guests can live and work. But it is also an opportunity to establish sustainable construction methods and to learn in the process. With our own brick press, we produce bricks from local soil and only a little added cement, without heating, i.e. without additional energy. The video gives a small insight into this.
